Genentech needed to update their new hire orientation materials and educate their new employees about their brand. The materials were reimagined as a brand book/resource guide, delivered both in print and as an experience on iPad.
Sometimes in medicine there’s a huge breakthrough, but Genentech employees come to work not expecting it today. The millions of moments between the big breakthroughs are where progress is made curing mankind’s most prevalent diseases. This is the idea behind Genentech’s brand, Everyday Epic.
Clear information design is paired with warm photography of patients and employees whose lives are improved by Genentech’s work.
Executives became thought leaders by replacing typical head shots with illustrated portraits.
